Elijah Wood on recording Happy Feet 2 in Sydney Interview

Elijah Wood interviewed about playing Mumble in the 2011 film Happy Feet 2.

He says this film is more about his sons journey and finding out who he is. "His way to express himself. And I loved that. And I loved the idea that Mumble is kind of grown up and is trying to figure out his role as a father."

Elijah also talks about flying to Sydney to record as a group. "The fact that we were outside of out homes in LA or wherever else we live made it really feel united creatively." He says it was fun being there for a month, with the group. And although a lot of work goes into the writing, Elijah also had a lot of freedom with the words. Especially with Robin Williams and Hank Azaria.

"George would get physical with us, yeah." To create a realistic reaction George Miller would come up to him and push him or hit him. Elijah also talks about the Krill, played by Brad Pitt and Matt Damon.
